Koselig, as the party responsible for the website, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, “GDPR”), and Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSICE), informs you that it has implemented the necessary security measures, of a technical and organisational nature, to guarantee and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data entered.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Your personal data will only be used for the following purposes:
– To manage the sending of information about Koselig’s training offer and to know your opinion regarding the information we have provided you with.
– To manage the sending of commercial information regarding other Koselig training offerings, as well as academic and institutional information related to the events that take place at Koselig and the sending of surveys related to the training carried out.
– To manage the enrolment of the interested party. The management of enrolment involves carrying out all the administrative procedures necessary for this purpose: registration in the student area, preparation of enrolment and invoicing, issuing of diplomas and certificates, among other necessary administrative operations for the management of the student’s file.
We will not process your personal data for any purpose other than those described here, except by legal obligation or court order.
DURATION
The data corresponding to the registration shall be kept for the duration of the registration. Thereafter, they will be blocked until the applicable statute of limitations expires.
The data corresponding to the management of the sending of information on Koselig’s training offer in the selected training area will be kept for the period necessary to carry out this activity. Thereafter, they will be blocked until the applicable statute of limitations expires.
The data provided by the data subject in order to subscribe to the information service on Koselig’s training offerings shall be retained until the data subject expresses his/her wish to have them deleted.
LAWFULNESS AND SECURITY OF THE PROCESSING
The legal basis for the processing is the data subject’s consent and, where applicable, that derived from the provision of an educational service.
Bearing in mind the importance of the protection and confidentiality that the user’s personal data requires, we hereby inform you that we have adopted all the technical and organisational measures necessary to safeguard their security, as required by the current legislation governing the regulation of security measures for files containing personal data.
STORAGE OF INFORMATION
The information provided is stored on servers contracted by Koselig or in suppliers and companies in charge of data processing that have servers in the territory of the European Union or are covered by the Privacy Shield.
ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER
The data provided will not be transferred to third parties except for service companies responsible for the processing of data related to Koselig’s educational service: delivery service companies, diploma printing companies, collaborating teachers, among others. International transfers may also take place in accordance with the system of prior authorisation and notification established by the regulations in force.
We use the Moodle platform for training, which complies with the required security standards. We also use Google Workspace.
RIGHTS
You may request the exercise of the following rights before Koselig by submitting a letter to the postal address on the heading or by sending an e-mail to koseligimmo(at)gmail.com and attaching a photocopy of your ID card or any other equivalent document, as indicated by law.
– Right of access: allows the data subject to know and obtain information about their personal data subject to processing.
– Right of rectification or erasure: to correct errors and modify data that are inaccurate or incomplete.
– Right of cancellation: this allows data that is inadequate or excessive to be deleted.
– Right to object: the data subject’s right not to have his or her personal data processed or to cease the processing thereof.
– Limitation of processing: entails the marking of the personal data retained, in order to limit their future processing.
– Data portability: provision of the data undergoing processing to the data subject, so that he or she can transmit them to another data controller without hindrance.
– Right not to be subject to automated individual decisions for which the data subject has not given his or her consent (including profiling).
– The right not to be subject to a decision based on automated processing which produces effects or significantly affects.
– The right to withdraw the consent given at any time where the processing is based on consent.
The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if he or she considers that his or her rights with regard to the protection of his or her data may have been infringed.
